Weather
I can clean safely in light rain, but I won’t work in unsafe conditions (high winds, storms, freezing). If I need to move a visit, I’ll reschedule you into the next suitable slot.
Payment
Regular customers pay by GoCardless Direct Debit (set up once). After each clean, payment is taken automatically — usually 5–7 days later. Cash is available if agreed.
First clean & one-off cleans
First cleans can take longer if there’s built-up grime. One-off cleans are priced separately from regular round work. I’ll always confirm the price before I start.
