Access
If you want the rear cleaned, please ensure access is available (gates unlocked / clear path). If rear access isn’t possible on the day, the clean rolls to the next visit in line with your schedule.
Payments
Most customers use GoCardless Direct Debit for convenience. Stripe and cash are also available.

Do you need me to be home?
No — as long as access is available, I can complete the clean and message you when it’s done.
Do you clean in the rain?
Light rain doesn’t affect the finish with pure water cleaning. If conditions are unsafe, I’ll reschedule.
Are there contracts?
No contracts. If you ever want to stop, just send a quick message.
What if access isn’t available?
If I can’t safely access the rear, the clean rolls to the next visit. The price stays in line with your agreed 6 or 12-weekly schedule.
